hey can some one give me a step by step on how to put "neons" under a car with PS. every time i try it just looks fake, like someone went into paint and just through it on

Tom, you can spice up that Civic of your's by doing some FBSS motion as well as just up/down

ok one more thing, say i go to a website, such as oznium and find a pic of a car i want to PS. when i right click and hit "save picture as" the only options i get are to save it as a .*art or a .bmp, PS will open neither, how would i save in a format PS can recognize

ok kill me, make it quick though, yes i do have aol, ok i mastered the art of lowering cars, haha its easy but its a start, and no when i save the pic as .*bmp it says an unknown or invalid jpeg marker type was found

how does one lower a car on PS?? and how do you get a picture of wheels to be at a different angle to match the car?

you photoshopped the lights on the vette right? its hard to tell if they're supposed to be there or not. if you put em there thats pretty good.

also, sometimes when i go to use the poly lasso, i will lasso the area and go to ctrl c and v it to create a new layer and it says, that the area is empty and wont let me copy, whats goin on?

yes like Phil said you are on a blank layer. Just go to the layers box and select background, or whatever layer has the object you are selecting.

OR

go Edit / Fill/ chose color/ and then just edit the colorsafter selecting ok to black or grey.

Take picture. Move spinner slightly. Repeat process 3-5 times. Put pictures together in GIF program / Flash. Save as gif. Upload.

Bling bling. Put a cloth down on the ground. Place laptop with wireless internet and Apple iSight web camera on cloth. Use video capture program to record video of wheel spinning. Open video in QuickTime and copy 6 key frames. Put together in ImageReady or Fireworks.
