ok so i went to install some neons on my friends car, we didnt have the neons quite ready so we thought we would just give the switch power so he could at least look cool with blue glowing rockers for a few days until we could run wires and mount the neons. First tell me if i have this right, there are the usual 3 male connectors on the back of the switch, im used to them saying acc-ground-power but these switches say earth-source-load so I did a little testing, and found out (I think) which is which. the source is power the load acc and the earth ground...ok. i found a ground and used a female connector to connect it to the earth, then i just ran a power wire from his fuse box to the source. As soon as I connected it the switch lit up, so I thought sweet it works, so i turned it off and POP! then i smelled smoke and i knew the fuse blew. So i checked my connections and tried it again, again it blew so i called it quits and hear I am. I remember a post a while back about somthin like this but couldnt find it, anyone got any idea of whats goin on? thanks

I would say they are in the same order as they are in a normal switch so i would just go off of a normal one and hook them up like that.
