Basically just wondering which wire is positive, and which is negative on the 4" Mini neon - they aren't marked at all as far as I can find(both wires are just covered in blue rubber as a coating - blue being the color of the neon as well)
I did notice however that one of the wires is copper, while the other is silver in color...so hopefully this will help tell me which is which. I'm assuming that the silver one is the positive, but I'd rather not blow the transistor trying to find out. Thanks for any help |

Just find some easy way to test it. Hook one way up, and if it doesn't like, quickly turn it off and try again.
I had the same problem with Street Glow accent strobes, but I never blew one trying. |

Aright, as long as the transformer won't blow...
And I was really just assuming that the silver was positive since I really had nothing to go on, and it just made me feel safer about trying it that way lol...but I'll try it to be negative first Thanks [EDIT] I hooked it up, and the silver is negative(if anyone else needs to know at some point) [/EDIT] |
