hey everyone,

i want to install some flexible led strips in my 08 focus. i want to put them under the dash. my plan is one 9.5" on each side of the car and hook those up to a switch.

the problem is i have never done anything like this before. i dont know where to put the switch, but i would like to make it easy to return it to stock when i do get rid of the car.

any opinions on red or blue lights?

thanks!

Choice of color is all up to you.
As for hooking it up so its easy to get rid of. You might as well leave it in the car IMO. But you can double side tape it or velcro it under the lip above your feet and generally wire it into any live 12v wire. Switch positioning is all up to you.

well for the switch u can put it on the fuse panel under the steering wheel (assuming the 08 has one, my 04 does) because those things cant cost too much or in a glovebox to completely avoid drilling. check focusfanatics im sure someone there will be able to help u. if ur having trouble picking a color then why not both? go like 3 in red 3 in blue then another 3 in red or soemthing?

Head to focus fanatics. Look in the interior section a ton of people have done this. They can help you with placement. I would but i have a 2002.
