wire tbl to a switch?

how would i go about this? i want to wire my tbl to a switch so at shows i can show off my OZ full tbl... i know i will need a relay so when the switch is off the tbl will work like normal... but what points of the relay go where?

I made the third brake light on my tC flash for car shows. I used the $12.99 music/flash interface that we sell at Oznium, and a relay, and a diode.

I spent about an hour fiddling with the wiring and setup until I got it to work.

I did accidentally drive on the freeway for 10 minutes with the thing flashing.

i have LED tail lights i would like to include on there too.... if possible...

ordered the interface and some dome lights... stop taking my money! are you by chance gona sponsor the glow of at Scotts PinUps show in MO? im going and much like S3 and Asylum im throwing a lot of money into the glow for this show! teehee.

so i got my order today... do i cut the ends off of the interface and connect to that? ... why are there ends on it? (cathode style ends.)

If you don't care about it flashing you could have always just used a diode and nothing else.

i didnt care about it flashing, but Phil being the marketing genius that he is planted the seed and got my money :p

the flashing will go better with all my strobes anyway...

ok, got my tbl on a switch, but the controller doesnt work, no matter what setting i have the box on (off, on, music, flash) the light is on... did i wire it wrong or is the box bad?
