Hi guys wanted to introduce myself first. I'm Austin. There we go that's it about me.
Now my question. Is there anyway, that ya'll know of, to wire all lights together so that it could be controlled from a laptop? I thought this would be alot cooler than having a million switches all over the place. Thanks again. |

It would be just as hard if not harder as then you would need relays to control the on/off of the lights and those would need fused as would the output side to the lights

yea it is possible, but it is complex and a good amount of wiring, soldering and electronics knowledge is needed depending on how far you want to go with the project.
bets bet would be to look into phidgets. i've been looking to kind of do the same with with my car lighting and the centrafuse Front end. Phidget site: http://www.phidgets.com/index.php Centrafuse plugin (phidget comes with it's own software. this just alows you to use the centrafuse software to contol it) http://forums.fluxmedia.net/plugin-development/2383-phidgets-plugin.html |
