What do you guys think of the new GTO's. I have had my eye on them recently.

This red one made me cream...

and then I saw this.

I still like the old gtos better.

me too.... but this is an underrated muscle car of our generation.

I like em, but from those videos, it just sounded like popcorn popping or someone farting like crazy

Ugly, but those sound sick. I beat one in the SRT once.

They aren't new. They don't even make them anymore. If they were going to make a car with the GTO name, they should have made it look like something. Those look like 2 dr GP's with V8's.

who know's they might be late to the game on making 1 look like the old 1's... would be sick if they would.

i like them the styling could be better but the exhaust sound it awesome

i think the exhaust sounds like crap imo

the sound doesn't fit the body style... maybe if it looked alot more like a muscle car.

It's the cam that gives it that dragster sound.

Alright everyone hates em. damn. and I know they aren't new. but they are if we are discussing a 70's model and this model which is what I meant. I think they should have styled them much differently myself as well. they need a more aggressive styling to match what is under the hood. You guys are crazy if you don't like how a cammed v8 LS1/LS2 sounds. that is a sick intimidating sound, much better than a fart can revving up from a 2L engine.

I'd drive one, but its a little too visually loud. Exactly why I didn't end up w/ an SRT-4.

what do you mean visually loud man?

Real easy to get pulled over for doing 35 in a 55... Bright red or blue two door sports car plus exhaust is just too loud.

ah yea very true. not as visually loud as the others is why I asked but good point. One thing I like about this car is that it is not a "me too" car. they aren't too common.

I do like them,but the styling is kinda bland. Still...a tough looking car. Those two you posted sound awesome. I suggest you drop a nasty ass small block in your Blaze.

I would love nothing more than to do an LSX swap in the Xtreme.

The muffler choice on those is terrible!

But the cam is sexy!

I agree with the cam but what muffler would you use? I love the sound that Spintech puts out.

yea the red one is just insanely mean sounding and I want it. or a MS4 cammed LS2 in anything for that matter.... hmmmmm *wonders how much it would cost to actually do the LSx swap in the blazer*
