I am going to be replacing a friend of mines LED strips he has on his bagged S10. One of the strips he has on there now does not currently work, so thats where I come in, replace it. But, which one do I use?.... I was thinking the Flexible LED strips cause they are waterproof and I can cut them to the exact length and then just seal the cut end with some silicone.

Would they work out well as a brake light, blinker and parking light?? Wiring it should be no problem just tap into the respective wires for each and try it out.

Let me know if there is another LED strip you would use.

Thanks

Greg

He bought the truck with them on already and they are going in the tailgate which is shaved and molded for the strips. There are no tail lights just the LED strips. I will get some pics for you when I see him with it.

Also, the strips on the back are 12.5 inches long. I was thinking 1 28" strip in red would be sufficient to do both sides. Since I am going to be replacing one side I mine as well replace the other one while I am at it so that it looks even. I may even just get the 38" strip just to call it safe.

What do you all think??
