I'm wondering if anyone has had any success with extending/shortening their Inferno V1 wires that go to the tubes. Reason I ask is in my current install I have one wire that is about a foot too short, and another 6 wires that are three feet to long. I was hoping that I would be able to cut them off and solder the wires reattaching the cat5 ends, but I figured I should ask here before attempting it. Any information on the subject would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Ya you won't hurt anything. I am not sure how many wires are in there but as long as you connect all the wires back together correctly you will be just fine. I would def suggest soldering and shrink wrapping so you don't have problems with wires shorting and ruining your kit or something.
