The Bimmer vs Mercedes C

OMG...

Seriously I under estimated the C class ;/

So as I was cruising along the C-class rolls up on me acting all bad. He kept popping his little clutch... and rev'ing his engine... wtf right? seriously here I am riding with my little sister... come on... she is visiting with me and this how night two starts? haha!

He got the jump on me... I pulled him in the top end on first run tho ;)

2 & 3 I smoked him ;) I dropped down a gear and thru smoke ;/ I was even like opsie hehehe

That was my night, how was everyone elses?

So what you're saying is that you raced a C Class?

uhhh kinda **** cuz i right now i hvae two different headlights on my car

yea I think is was a c55, was surprised I got the jump on him but h well.. newer can less miles his engine was probably well maintained...

My old bimmer even feels different than when it did...

I was to get a new engine eventually... drop like a J in there or a Euro Spec Class ;)

Lame. I hate these threads. The Solara board I was on awhile ago always had these. I raced a such and such blah blah blah.

It's always some handicap in both rides racing the other. Take it to a track and talk **** other wise no one cares. I'm not a big time trials speed demon guy but **** like this is lame.

BMW > Mercedes.

I was just paying homage to the C-Class, really quick little car for what it was...

Wasn't trying to be "lame" or talk smack... Just think it is funy that ever since I got the bimmer back together everyone has to come up beside me and try to race... can't they see I am headed to work or just crusing... geez...

Thought it was a pretty quick car tho...

Wish I could do a 1jZ or the 2jZ swap like now tho..

mercedes > bimmer any day of the week. I was cotimplating getting a c-class as my next car, they are great cars and are actually affordable. The rest of the mercedes serioes are truely luxurious and the pricetag shows it. Mercedes is a system of parts put together to work so harmonisously that customizing them is something for the true artist. These cars are made for the autobahn, much like bimmer and vw are, but i still think that mercedes would win in quality.

The amg version of that c is a nice 8 cylinder, quick as ****.

So can we see pictures of this "bimmer" you own?

Reminds me of when I raced my stock 95 neon against my friends stock CRX, the saddest thing i've ever witnessed.

I just noticed we have almost the same amount of posts, I've been here for over 4 years and you've been here 4 months.

I like bimmers more than Mercedes. Mostly though because they look mighty mean imo. While Mercedes is more of a luxury car. Bimmer is luxury combined with sport compact and quality.

And skulls post count is fine imo. He is one hell of a mechanic and adds a lot of useful info. Plus post count means nothing.

Yea man, I will post more picture of her up... I need to anyways... I just have to get stuff finished with her... like I dunno where I put the fog lights?! This car just got resurrected months ago after sitting in boxes ;(

Was torn apart to do a full Euro-Spec engine build that would have made 700+ hp ;/ then I kinda of had to litterally take A LOT of steps backwards ;( with one leg hehehehe leg is coming along tho, I am walking now and it just is painful... thats a good thing last several months I had no feeling..

The Mecs are clean cars on the interior but the exterior of the same year cars compared are stupid ugly... they newer mercs are actually sporty tho...
