Lighting laws in Rhode Island

does any one know the lighting laws in RI?
to the best of my knowledge, blue red or flashing is illegal, but my friend got pulled over for solid green, so idk any more. any information wouldbe helpful =]

i know in nebraska that green and red aren't legal because cops don't want people immitating the street lights (really old law), it might be the same with you.

Don't use them on public roadways unless you are using white on the running boards as courtesy lamps. Front and rear lights are prohibited regardless of color as it will surpass the state law regarding on (2) two cowl/fender lamps for a vehicle.

**** that sucks.....thanks for the help though, i jus drove by a cop a couple hours ago w/ solid green on and they didnt do anyhting
not sure how long that will keep up though
