So I had an idea to add a battery to power all of my accesories, to have a cleaner look. Would this be a difficult or expensive project?

Optima Yellow Top battery ~= appox $150
200 amp relay, about $45: http://www.oznium.com/relay200
4 gauge wire, fuses, about $20 to $40 ?
