Not sure if I like the stripe or not, but will hold off complete judgement until I see it completed and on the car.

Too expensive for me. Much cheaper(free) to just clean my gun out by hand/gun cleaner. Plus I get all my paint for free so it doesn't really matter lol. Black is cheap. The green/blue I mix small amounts at a time so I don't mix too much.

Ugh. For like 2 weeks lol. DA sander is your friend. This project was fun yet SUCKED. Fun when it is done and you get to look at it at least lol. And btw any part that doesn't have a custom piece on it is NOT glassed. Simply sanded with a DA sander to get the factory texture out. Then primer, sand, primer, sand, primer, sand. Sanding gets old fast lol.

You definitely need something over your speakers. I also agree that the shifter needs the same effort.

oh wow -- that is nice

Get a close up shot where the speaker meets the dash/fiberglass...how's the fit? it is smooth? do the speakers protrude any?

I despise that steering wheel

i admire your work. looks awesome!

The shifter piece will be painted the green/blue color and the whole consol will be black. That is probably a project comming soon. And the speakers fit pretty flush. The pass side isn't 100% but good enough. Some grills and it will cover it all anyway. Thanks guys!

You def needs some grills on those speakers.

I'm still not digging the striping on the dash, but as long as you like it, that is all that matters.

I really need to take the time and sand, prime, and paint my side mirrors, using the paint and clear you got me.

Well I started doing the dash last year. But didn't really work on it. I would say 3 weeks working on it at least every other day for a couple hours.

Thanks man. Unique is what I shoot for. Anyone can paint a dash. I hand laid that "stripe" so I know no one will have it unless someone copies me lol. Either way the speaker pods I am 100% no one has.

The stuff you do to your car is usually way beyond me, Korn.. but I gotta admit I really dig the way it ties the radio trim panel to the rest of the dash.. and the shape you outlined complements the shape of the dash really nicely . Well done, man .
