Why wouldn't they? I'm willing to bet that probably most of,if not all of the people in that photo,have no clue as to what that hand gesture means.Anyway,that's not really a proper shocker anyway...the two fingers are way too far apart.If your going to throw up the shocker...atleast do it correctly.lol
