500k micro farad cap?!??!?
That's a five-hundred kilo-micro farad capacitor. Whoever is trying to sell you that is smoking something. The kilo and micro would "cancel" out and you would have a 500 farad capacitor. I don't think there's such a thing as a 500F cap (if there is it would be HUGE!!!). More information is needed about this product. |

PwrRngr I think your math is wrong.....you will have 500000x10^-6=0.5 Farad Cap.......Not 500 F.....

To answer the OP question, it looks like a standard sub cap so it's most likely 12V. It will get hooked in parallel w/ an amp.
