Yea, how many of us seen this topic coming.

Ok got 3 things I gotta talk to phil about

#1 one of my side tubes (when blue is on) is half blue half aqua..loox crappy

#2 suprise suprise ...my controller fissed out, and no longer changes colors...

#3 need extensions for the back tube....kinda seen this coming also..

overall my opinion of em, well the glow is great, kinda more outward than full general lighting but overall i likes...goes good with my SG kit.

Complaint...well teh side tubes are kinda short, and you can see exactly where they cut off and where the SG tube is longer.

Honest choice, Im not sure, I like the fusions color changing options and color spectrum...plus the front n back tubes being longer, makes more glow to there, but the side tubes, and bulkyness of em makes for installing 2 kits and not seeing any bulbs kinda hard. But yet SG has a more general glow all round underneath.

here is some pics, you be the judge.

You might as well talk to PlasmaGlow rather than Phil...they're the ones you need to deal with

As long as you sent back the warranty card, there shouldn't be a problem.

Hell, I don't think they really care if you send the warranty card back in...... they will know it's their product just by looking at it and since it's got a lifetime warranty there shouldn't be any problem.

yea they are probably taking warranty claims without one for the first month or two since it wouldnt be sent in that fast..but i bet in like 6 months if you need to send something back they will ask about the warranty card and if you didnt send it then it wont be free

dammit my control box IS in fact weird, turns out i never played with it enough to expose the problems

constant on, after I cycle through all the colors twice it gets locked on purple

special functions, once i get to strobe the color permanently changes to purple

i'm not sure if its even worth sending it in to get a new one until we know if they fixed these things for sure though

I am glad you got your kit installed... sorry everyone is having problems with it but hopefully they will get ironed out by PG soon. I guess they released the product a little too soon.
