I just bought a microSD for my phone. It comes with an adapter. Where would I plug that adapter in my computer?

I'm guessing it came with an SD card adapter. If so then you need some kind of memory card ready. Your computer, may or may not already have this.

I purchased a usb memory card ready stick at Circuit City last Black Friday that not only reads SD cards, but also the microSD cards.

Only until you find a memory card reader of some sort. You can get them cheap from newegg.

You can find readers anywhere. They are cheapest online though, through places like newegg.

I got the one Trogers suggested. Its pretty badass. So, now since the card fits, all i do is drag and drop and put on my phone correct? How do i switch to the storage device then?

I would have recommended getting a USB cable for the phone. That way you don't have to mess with taking the memory card out, and you could also use utilities to backup your address book etc to your computer if you wanted.

Google is your friend. All phones are different so i can't really answer your previous question about drag and drop.

Yeah, likely any song format can be used as a ringtone. If you have an mp3 and only want a clip of it, use a program like Audacity (free) to trim it down. Wallpapers can be found all over the place, just search your phone model and 'wallpapers' in Google. Or figure out what resolution its wallpapers are and find/resize pics to that size.

www.howardforums.com

You should be able to figure out anything you need to know for your phone there. I would alos say that you will probably have to format the memory card using your phone first. This should create the folders necessary on the card, then plug it into the computer and things should be drag and drop.
