this is an example of Light o rama at work. All run off the guys laptop.

Could be easily done with a microcontroller and a few relays/transistors.

There was a guy in Columbus that had a wild set up like that synched to TSO and simulcast in the area ... the police got an order to shut him down due to the traffic troubles it was causing ...
I did a set up with an old Allen Bradley controller and two output cards |
