Go to your local shop.
While we might be great help in here its much more helpful to get face to face advice.
Easier to understand exactly what you're looking for, and exactly what they reccommend.
Only issue with this is, check for prices elsewhere. Alot of shops are heavily overpriced.
At least my local ones are.

local shops usually price up 100% (double the cost of what you can usually get it at.)

note that if you want a super loud system with alot of power, you're gonna have to upgrade your electrical system. Battery, high output alternator, wiring.

Are you having a shop install this stuff? If so, there's about $1000 of your budget.

Well I can Recomend Componets for you

Audioque SDHC 3 x 2 15s if your crazy

http://www.audioque.com/aq/HDCSeries.htm

with a AQ 1200 or 2200 depending upon how much you want to shell out,

Impalas have quiet a bit of room.

But like they were saying get a shop to install but IMO dont buy from them,

I wasn't saying to get a shop to install? Just asking if he was so I'd know if his $4000 budget was $4000, or less after taking into account the install.

True, but 4 grand will buy you a very good system. I don't really understand why people sign up here and ask car audio questions...on a lighting forum..and then don't even check back for their answers...
