Best way to clear your head

Everyone's got their own way of clearing their head from all b.s related things... What's your guys' way of cooling off?

Mine is driving around in the hills late at night and doing stupid things I shouldn't be doing... Too bad my parents always think that I'm suicidal when I go out for a drive when we get into an argument... They don't get that driving is my drug

Playing pool.

Midget **** in slow-mo.

Punching bag and/or playing basketball.

Mine is typically riding my motorcycle. Something about putting a helmet on, and hitting the open road.

Of course, sex with gorgeous girls works too. Especially in the winter.

Aaaand video games!

-Work out
-Get stoned and listen to Pink Floyd
-Hit up a Cigar bar
-Go fishing
-Playing guitar

Just cruising.

Listening to music in a dark room.

Drowning myself in alcohol. I drink to kill selected memories. If others go too, then they're collateral. That being said, its 1021 and its time to get started.

driving with death metal with subwoofer and bass turned up so you can feel it really good

I go out into the yard/woods and shoot trees, leaves, flowers, etc.

ya i usually kick back, smoke alittle, listen to some good music (usually instrumental...) or go on a nice drive. or rock out on the guitar, usually helps.

A good workout usually helps with me. Clears your head, makes you feel pumped and like you can take the world. Amazing feeling.

Go for a drive, listen to some slower songs and smoke a cig. Or drive fast and bump hardcore lol

Long, fast drive through an area I don't know very well on backroads with the music blaring. Takes my mind off anything but the road, and I learn new ways to get places at the same time

Just go for a drive, or throw something.

Climbing stairs until the pain in my legs is more prevalent than the pain in my head. This only works at work as my house isn't 30 storeys.

Select "Bike" on my Ipod which has alot of rap, heavy rock and of course Linkin Park.. Hit shuffle and ride my bike up and down the highways and I normally find myself down at the Arch.. Pretty cool at night when the roads are quiet and All you hear is the river..
If its **** weather outside I get on xbox live GTA4 and blow **** up.
