So im leaving my neighborhood the other day and i stumble upon this. Two cop cars are sitting there and apparantly the chick driving this car came over the hill and wasnt paying attention. The truck was sitting there flat bed down getting ready to tow an already broken down car. She was speeding and hit the flat bed but it was to late. ouch! I snapped a cell pick as i drove by.

Im not suprised.....we had a guy elude last night during a snow storm and was apprehended after his car got stuck on a snowing street/hill
 Not a bad way to pickup a Felony
