on 1 neon tube and headlight stobe brain box is red paint because i had the car paint that color so the tubes are no longer are i need

Got it all for 130 - and everything is in great condition. The one tube has some red overspray on it but laquer thinner will eat that right off :-)

These strobes it came with - anyone know how bright they are? I am thinking about re-selling these along with the plate frame and putting my money towards more whelens...

Meh, they're bright enough to show up and add a good effect, but no where near whelens.
