just because you can achieve high rev's doesnt mean the car is producing any power at the high revs. Mine is geared to provide more power sooner on but i could have kept going but didnt want to stress the new components as the build hasnt had much break in time yet. there will be more runs:)
also i am running full coil overs that are made for high HP, but the whole suspension has been upgraded the coilovers alone ran 3,500. It also helps to have drag radials lol i wear them out quite quick but never have many problems in the way of traction. Also since its an Autocross car i have gone though the entire frame and stitch welded the whole thing to make it not flex. |
