try switch the wire on the ballast itself. SOmetimes the wires inside are switched so the neg is in the pos and the pos is in the neg |

Got all mine, they were all the correct size and temp, although one did not work but it was not Blk's fault! Friend ordered the wrong bulb size for his car.. Blk did you have any extras? Looking for an h3 6-10k range, thanks. |

Installed mine this morning, took some before and after pictures - will post tonight.
Color seems good, and brightness seems better, but kinda hard to tell at 9 in the morning - also not sure if I have them aimed correctly yet, but we'll see. |

I just have a daytime before/After right now (actually a side by side stock and HID). I have no idea if I have to adjust the aiming of them, the car dont run (long story read below). I got the car for free so cant complain and dont ask why im moding a car that dont run.. I dont have a good answer for you (Viper alarm and other mods sitting in my room for the car too).
Ill get a night shot tonight. Nighttime is a huge diffrence. Passenger Stock, Driver HID 8k
Here the story on this car. Guy buys car and puts 200 down, salesman prints paperwork and has it signed by buyer and sales manager then remembers he never actually got the 200 from buyer, buyer refuses to give the salesman the 200 since he has a signed document stating that he paid the dealer. Buyer agrees he never paid the money and tells the sales manager to take him to court over it and try to explain to the judge how the dealer never got there money when he has a signed receipt. Car has 30day warranty, on day 31 the Transmission goes out and I tow the car to shop. Dealership tells buyer if he would of gave them the 200 dollars down they may of been able to help him out and fix the tranny but since he raised a stink about it they tell him in the nicest way possible to **** off. 6 Weeks have gone by and we finally get in touch with the owner, he already bought another car with his tax refund and told us to keep the POS its the dealers problem not his (He actually thinks if he does not pay the note the dealership will have to fix the car) Its got a 2300 Dollar storage fee and needs a transmission, lien holder told us they dont want it told my boss to keep it they will just go after the buyer for the money rather then pay the fees. So my boss filed for a Mechanics lien and told me I can have it if I want (I have another one identical with a bad motor so were gonna swap my good tranny and get this car running since its in better shape and it only has 63,xxx miles). Best part of the story is the Buyer burned up the tranny. He said it had alittle whine when he put it in reverse so he checked the fluid and it was alittle low so he put in 6(six) quarts of fluid.... And odds are the noise was normal and I bet he did not let the tranny warm up before checking the fluid level which would give a false reading. * |

Pretty bright, very nice color, but my aiming needs to be better - does it matter which way the bulb is rotated?

bulb is suppose to lock in place and the housing is what will need to be aimed... unless you have a projector...

Indeed I do have projectors...just wasn't sure if the wire outside the bulb with the small tube shield was supposed to be up or anything like that.
Overall I wouldn't say they are any brighter than halogen, so far... |
