ya the xbox 360....was soooo easy to take apart. there tutorials and walk-throughs all over the net. but really all u need is a smalllll flathead screwdriver, u dont really need the "special" tools, if u have a small enough flathead and take ur time its easy!

Here is a pretty good guide http://www.xbox-modchips.com/xbox360-tutorials/xbox-360-opening-guide.htm I was going to do it to mine but i think by removing the seal it voids the warranty and i still have a warranty so i guess i wont do it after all! If i am wrong about the warranty and the seal some1 please correct me because i would love to light my 360 up!

Yea just so you kno, opening your xbox voids your warrenty, its that silver sticker under the faceplate, but if you just so happen to take the sticker off you are unable to put it back on but people do sell warrenty stickers on ebay for the xbox 360

First, take a picture of the front of the 360 and the location of the warrenty sticker. Next, get a hairdryer and a pocket knife. Heat the sticker up w/ the hairdryer on hot for a few minutes. Carefully take the knife and peel the sticker off while continuing to apply heat. Apply more heat if part of the sticker doesn't want to come up. Place the stick on some wax paper and store in a safe place.

Also, here's a trick for getting the back open. Take the top plastic piece of an empty CD spindle (the clear see through part). Cut a big rectangle out of the size. Flatten it out as best you can and mark where the tabs in the xbox are. Cut out pieces except for where the xbox tabs are. Then, you can press this into the tabs and open the case w/out leaving screwdriver marks in the back of the case.

Also, buy an extra 360 case so you can save the original until the warrenty runs out.
If you need a warrenty exchange, take the sticker off the wax paper and place it on the 360 in the correct spot. Take the hair dryer again and heat it up. Press down while still warm and it'll stick like new. I've taken a sticker off 4 or 5 times and it still sticks like new.
