So, I wanna make that jump over HIDs, and boy am I glad I didn't get in on that group buy . . . Anyway, where is a good place to pick them up? I'm looking for a good price but don't want to buy from someone who I will have trouble getting warranty replacements from. Anyone got good / bad experiences they want to share? Thanks.

http://www.ddmtuning.com/catalog/HID_Kits-85-1.html. Hear alot of good things about them on the Dodge Forum. And you can see the kits are very reasonable at 70 a pop.

I've got Retro Solutions 55watt bi-xenon full shield H4's in 5000k, love how they look and I've not had any issues, tho my kit cost me 160 bucks...
DDM is said to be good, VVME.com is also sapposta be another good low cost seller, I've not used either.

for output I'd stay at 6000k or lower, the blue-r the light the less useable output as well as more police attention. I personally never use higher than 5000k, it's a pure white and I'm happy with how it looks.

His XB uses 9003/H4 bulbs, as long as he gets full shielded bi-xenon units he'll not blind ANYBODY, I've got them in mine and you can see the clear point of the cut off..

Yeah, and headlights are adjustable . . . I don't intend to blind anyone. Thanks for all the input, guys. Looks like DDM is my best bet so far.

THanx. I was worried also about blinding on coming traffic but I have them angled down enough that it hasn't been an issue. You know your good when you roll past police officers and not get pulled over icon_biggrin.gif

Retro Solutions has good stuff. They're expensive, but that didn't stop me from getting 4 of their 55w 6000K kits for my main headlights and driving lights.

For the record: 35w 4300k has the same output color as a flashlight. IMO 5000-6000K is the best for my night vision.

heh yea the only reason I got my kit from Retro was simply the warranty and I'd heard peopel having issues with DDM. For my bike I just got a 35watt 5k kit and it was problem free, makes me wish I got the DDM kit the first time around... Either way I'm happy.
