I am looking to purchase a new vehicle and I have been looking at the newer body style Impalas. I have alot of stuff - does anyone have any cool ideas or seen anything that looks good yet is easily accessible for a switch panel in these vehicles? This is what I have ready so far...

Yahoo doesn't allow remote image linking.

Well, I have no deep knowledge of the newer Impala's. I personally like the idea of trying to integrate your switches into an existing interior panel rather than creating a new box or place for them. This is just my perspective & opinion tho... different people have different ideas of what they like for their switch panels.
Here is a pic of my main switch panel in my Dodge Neon, that was integrated into the center console on both sides of the emergency brake lever. It sits in between the two front seats, so it is very easily accessible, but blends in well to the interior. Just my .02... L8R, |

Are those BLACK switches? If so how many amp? I like those - and it looks very clean. Thats the same concept I had with my 1994 Cavilear when I was 16 - only I used those lighted plastic switches and it made it look very cheesy.
I am not real familier with the insides of the new impalas either - as I am a truck person and I just sold my 3rd truck so I'm lost at the moment. I do like the Impalas though... |

I believe these are 20A switches, but to be honest I installed them so long ago that I kinda forget now
