Good evening, guys...

New member here, needing some advice. I have attached a link of my desired goal. I want to use the LED that don't require a resistor, which I found at Radio Shack.

http://www.panbo.com/archives/2008/12/nauticast_b_mod_a_silent_mode_switch.html

For the life of me, the "light bulb" in my head is going on with the schematic listed.

1. The Nauticast switch has only two leads, whch doesn't require power. But, the LED's require power. How, pray tell, do you do this thru the same switch.

If someone could break this down into a more user friendly schematic, I would appreciate it. Even better, send me an email with the schematic.

Thanks in advance...

I see a 12 volt power lead feeding the relay which powers the led lights.
