Well I am in a composites class and decided to make skis for the class project...

Here is one of the skis in the vacuum bag on our mold.

Well I would either need to find tri-axial woven carbon in a light weight or need very large sheets of uni-directional. I was unable to find the tri-axial woven and large sheets was not in my budget. Down the road I would like to make some skis with CF in them. Maybe a foam core and CF so they are light yet rigid.
