Hey guys, it's been a really long time since I've contributed anything meaningful to the site, but I still remember it as being the place that took my forum virginity! I no longer have any glow, but some of you may find my current car interesting in its own way.

I forgot to mention probably the most important thing on the car....I had lines fabbed up and it has working air conditioning with the SR compressor.

Everything was pulled out/exposed to do the swap. It goes through with the main harness now.

I drive an e36 M3 as of now ;) I have probably owned 40+ cars... at one time I would have a new car about every month if not sooner... Had MANY s13s with RBs and only 2 s14s 1 with a full s15 conversion... all sold now... one supra, sold. To many to list ;/ All imports though other than 1 american... it was a LS1 Camaro... was the only car I liked that was american made... a baot tho...

Have you finished the swap... I see you still needed to fab the cable link for the motor for throttle and a couple hoses here and there and finish the piping for the intercooler... Not much more left it seems...

You did replace the following I pray:
Belts
Gaskets
Water pump
Plugs
Oil

Those are like a given on any swap we do ;) I think you probably read about half the bugs already about the swap ;)

Oh and Drift, we had 4 RBs about a month ago ;) all 6spds... we made the mounting brackets for $500 and then sold the engines (3) to randoms then 1 to a customer... we got engine happy because the price was so low ;) hehe Trust me you would NEVER guess.. and then what we sold them for!! hahahaha Just to get rid of em ;)

Good eye, the intake tract and everything attached to it had yet to be installed. And no fear, I'm all about preventative maintenance, if you'd like an example the coil pack killer cover isn't even on the motor any more. I am constantly checked; at school my neighbor has a Supra and my roommate has a big turbo SR. His brother is the resident S-chassis expert around here, he has owned both USDM available chassis as well as had CA/KA/SR/RB/KAT. When we say RB we mean the 26 (which kills the poor fanboys lol), the 20 is blasphemy and the 25 just tells you how awesome a 26 would be (hush hush that you have to use the 25 oil pan....which you know). This stuff is a lot of fun, albeit a bit pricey for what it is.

Drifting10, have you put it on a dyno?
