Just thought I'd share a couple of pics of my newly installed LED tails on my 07 A3. The Tails are from the 09 A3s (Euro version- amber turn signals, U.S. version has Red turn signals).
LEDs on: 
Rear Fogs on (very bright!!! they will only be used during adverse weather) 
I've also got my order for 24 Collimator Lens that would fit over the Oznium's 4Chip LED (since they are the same size as the powerful Luxeon K2 type LEDs) I am re-designing my headlamp LEDs so that they can be true DRLs that can be seen under bright sun. I probably have to add a dimmer switch so as it wont be to obnoxiously blinding during the night. I will share as soon as the project is done. Does OZnium sell a dimmer switch? Unless I'm missing it in their store gallery, i can't seem to find one in Oz's site. Cheers! |

Saw one of these LED tails on an 09 the other night... it looked fantastic!
I'm sure yours look great as well

yes, they are quite mesmerizing when you follow and look at one.. all my buddies with A3s has since upgraded for months now, and it's really an eye-catcher- with a purpose =) hey by the way.. are you still looking for wheels? Im selling my RS4/S3 reps with tires (still a lot of miles left.. barely 5k on each tires, one only seen 2k (flat tire-replaced under roadhazzard warranty). |
