E3 Xbox 360 briefing (LOTS of pics)

I got 2 free tickets to go to the Xbox 360 E3 briefing this year and the day finally came!

So I woke up at 5:30 in the morning, picked up my friend, and went straight to downtown LA... He took pics with his fancy little SLR camera, so enjoy? Not sure if anyone here cares, but take a look...

Sorry for all you PS3 owners, but everything besides the Tony Hawk game, Final Fantasy, Beatles Rock Band, and Modern Warfare 2 are exclusive to Xbox 360 and PC... Yes this means that there will be no Left 4 Dead 2 on PS3

Why are you sorry for us PS3 owners? I didn't see/hear about anything from MS that makes me want to have a 360, not anything that makes me jealous.

And Beatles Rock Band exclusive to 360? Not sure what you saw/heard because the official Beatles rock band site show Wii and PS3 also being available.

Pretty cool that you got to go. I was watching it on Gamespot.com today. What do you think about that whole "no controller" thing Microsoft is doing? I'm pretty skeptical about the 3D motion capture and voice recognition.

I went into the Xbox building (they have a few) on Microsoft Corp. Campus, and everyone has signs that say:

I thought it looked pretty neat to be honest... When they first showed it, I hated it and thought it was such a crappy gimmick, but when they actually used it, I was surprised... I'd be interested to see how much it will be and if they can make it nearly flawless

HAHA, sorry about that. Guess I should have read more thoroughly.

I think I'm most excited about the streaming 1080p videos. I imagine a subscription to Netflix is required though. May be worth it, seeing how many movies and tv episodes they have.

Facebook and Twitter integration is dumb though.

oh man i'm jealous!

so I think one of the systems needs to have a high end wheel for their racing sim games where there is a force feedback shifter that can replicate somewhat realistically the throw of the various cars in the game and force feedback pedals that can replicate clutch action and other pedal feel for the various cars as well. I'd be willing to pay up to $550 for something like that and its not like the technology to do it hasn't been around forever or anything

I'm pretty sure they have these but there isn't a big enough demand from the public so they will stay high priced.

I could never get used to the 2 joystick thing, i have played PC games my whole life and when i tried to play the xbox and run around with one and shoot with the other i could never have any accuracy at all or just run around looking at the sky

first off i have 120 gigs of storage and 3 usb ports.
And who cares about the counsel?
its all about the games. Which 360 has alot more "worth while" games.
and how many times do you use all 5 of your usb slots and all 4 different kinds of your sd slots?
Half the stuff you named off is random **** sony threw on there that MOST people dont even use.

I don't think the un-neccesary console flaming is needed in this E3 XBOX 360 BRIEFING thread.
The PS3 and Nintendo's are still to come. So please leave the flaming out of this.

I know if I bought a PS3 it wouldn't be for the amount of USB ports.

XBL is like $14 a month, and it destrooys the online capability of a PS3 IMO.

Finaly Fantasy and MGS for 360, sweet. These were some of my favorite games when I had my PS2.

XBL is not $14 a month. It's more like $4 if you buy at regular price. But that's retarded when You can get a 12+1 card (13 month) for 30 bucks when they go on sale. Therefore bringing the price down to $2 a month.
