i have a set up of 1 led in each head light and one in each corner light using all blue...so those are 4 total..all have resistors all of them work fine cept the on the left corner..i dunno why but i used like 4 leds already in that one and it keeps shorting..even when took off the resistor and tested the led jus to see if its working the led wuz dead too..this is only happening on the far corner so far..all the leds are connected together and all the grounds are grounded to the direct to the batt..the power is from a switch..i dont get how jus one can be gettin mest up..what can the problem be?

thas how they look..but the one on far right keeps friggin blowing..4 leds got waisted on that...i tried a white led and it worked fine...do you think it cud be the soldering? like it gettin too hot and messing up the resistor?

that is pretty sick looking!!!

I would make sure that the wires off the LED are sealed and that the wires aren't next to anything that gets hot. It should work just fine, idk.

It's probably grounding out somewhere, or you are using the wrong sized resister for it...

make sure that it isnt being grounded in the wrong place. and also chnage the resistor. i had probs once with my under dash leds. 1 led wasnt getting power i chnaged the resistor 3 times, and then tested just the led and it worked, then i trouble shooted with a resistor i knew worked, and it still didnt work, turns out the LED was faulty, so with this stuff u never know. but most of all make sure it isnt accidently getting grounded out sumwhere. i wanna put them in my headlights but im warey of doing so i dun wanna **** anything up

when I say grounded out, I actually meant shorted out. If they are wired in series, and you short the 2 lines together, it will possibly toast the LED, but the other leds will still keep going because they are still grounded.

How long did the leds stays on before burning out ? check the wiring again to see if it shorted out (check on any sharp edges part)

you can run again to us the leds set up and resistor value, it may help us more. You may try to put higher ohms resistor to see what happen

he said he has 4 LED's - 1 in each headlight and 1 in each directional.

And it looks GREAT if you ask me. Did you seal off with silicone or how did you seal um?

And i will run a seperate ground and power for that las lil led..that lil son of a beach man..thanx for the tips

i got a few more stuff coming ill keep u all updated..btw drillin is not that hard at all jus take out ur blubs be4 u drill and blow out all that dust that gets in the housing afterwards...the inside of the housing plastic thingy is pretty strong man not that hard at all..juz take ur time and ull be fine
