Hey Guys,
So I have a question about lighting up the cupholders. I originally ordered the superbright led's until I realized I have no clue what to do. I have a Scion xB2 and I don't know how to wire. When I pop out the cupholder, where in the world do I hook it up to?

I am probably going to order the prewired led's since I don't know what to do with the original ones I ordered... I have tried looking up information on wiring but I just don't know what to do...

Thanks,
-Justin

hey justin you may be able to return the orignal ones to btw, i would check with them on that.
i would give you help, but im new at this myself and dont want to tell you anything wrong or confuse you any further, but here is a wiring diagram http://www.oznium.com/forum/topic3633 that should help you more as far as which wire goes where, etc.
and with them being in the cup holders, im assuming you are going to have to do a little drilling so just be sure you are positive on where you want them as to not leave any unneeded holes

good luck, and i hope someone else on here can give you a lot more help than i could

These might make the wiring a little simpler by not having to wire in the resistors. They will hook up to 12 volt.

Or even better...

You will need a fuse, a switch, and wire also...

Wow, thanks for all the diagrams guys.

Regarding the fuse, which one do I need? I am going to be using 2 superflux lights so that means I need the fuse holder and which fuse.... Is the 3M Self Tapping In-Line Fuse Holder better than just regular fuse holder?

Should I also be ordering the soldering iron, automatic wire stripper and electrical insulation tape?

I need to order the 18 gauge hookup wire correct?

Also, for the switch. I have been trouble trying to figure out which one to order. I know they don't work with xB2 so does that mean I will just have to cut a larger area to fit the switch?

Overall when I hook these up, does that mean I have to go under the carpet to run the wires?

Thanks for all the help guys and sorry for all the questions. I really have no idea what to do lol
