Today I turned on my lights and noticed only half my Front 3' bar was glowing blue (the selected color) and the other half had every led lit up. I used the remote and cycled colors but they would not change. But If I tapped on the tube they would change color and I could get them to rotate back to Blue but then they would stay on blue and would not rotate colors.

Never had any issues untill today. Any suggestions?

Sounds like your tube has tweaked out, I'll assume that you'll be asked to swap the connection from the front to the rear to make sure it's not the ECU but with physically tapping on the tube causing an effect sounds like a loose/broken connection in the tube...

^ Already swapped ports, same problem with the tube regardless of port selection.

Yea I figured it wasn't the port with your description, it more sounds like a wire has come loose or has a cold solder joint and it making and losing connection as you tap on the tube...

Your gonna need to contact OZ customer support. Sounds very similar to a previous problem I had with my V2 and a problem I am currently having.
