I love my cat.

So I just got home from a movie, and noticed something flying around the first floor of my house. I figured it was the bird that lives in the basement, and my cat probably scared it upstairs (basement bird has a cage but its always open so he can wonder the basement as he wants). After I try calling for the bird it just keeps flying around in circles. So I flip the lights on and see it's a freaking bat. Being the brave guy that I am, I go running outside. Hahaha. Check in the garage for a net or something and can't find anything to catch this stupid thing.

So I go back to the door and now it is flying around that room. I open the door hoping it will fly out, it doesn't. Then I notice my cat watching the bat flying around. So I start encouraging my cat to attack it. "get it, get it". So my cat proceeds to jump on the couch and keeps watching. A little more encouragement and the cat goes jumping off the couch and knocks the bat down in mid flight. Then the cat keeps hitting the bat as it tried to take off again, so I quick grab something to cover the bat up.

What did you do with it?

I captured one in Iraq that I believe had heat exhaustion. We nursed him back to health and let him go on his merry way. We named him "Bruce"

dude i almost sat down on a chair in the oz office that had a bat hanging upside down on the seat back

put him in a box, and took him outside

It took me almost a year, but I did this

One time a group of friends went to explore an 1800's abandoned insane asylum. It was night time and my one friend started venturing off down a hallway by himself. He opened a door and started screaming and running. I bat flew out of the room right past his head. LOL. bats are sweet.

My old house used to get bats alllll theeeee timmeeeeee. My cats did the same thing though. lol
