A bunch of stress happened. The names were changed to protect the innocent ;) heh Sheriff's department laughed Randy out of the office when he tried to file a warranty for Marko. Marko got a firm handshake from several officers and heard Randy got what he had coming for a long time. |

both go to jail....
charges would be up to prosecutor....assault 4 on both, possession of stolen property (degree depends on what was stolen/value), residential burglary if they were removed from a home without permission. If the person attempting to retrieve their property was assaulted first and defended themselves an assault 4 charge may or may not be filed....depends on the officer's |
