in dash nav

so im looking to replace my somewhat "tired" pioneer 5900ib with something a bit nicer for my impreza. im looking at the indash nav systems and would like some opinions on them. id like to keep it at 450 or under, i honestly couldnt care less if its last year's model or what; a good product is a good product.

-it must have at least 2 sets if not 3 sets of preouts (i have a system in my car currently)
-it would be nice to not need an additional expensive ass nav add on
-it MUST have an ipod hookup, again one thats not 50 bucks would def be nice
-i have no interest in HD radio, sat radio... etc etc, all i want is nav, cd player, and ipod hookup

any reccomendations?
