"Hypothetical Situation"

Okay, heres one for ya. Lets say one of your vehicles is parked at your friends house. He lives out in a somewhat rural area. Now lets say that your vehicle, parked at a friends house, becomes collateral from a drive by. What do you do?

Get new friends

I should note that your car is not totaled out, just peppered from birdshot out of an unspecified make/caliber shotgun. Lets go a little further and say that the Police/Sherrif was notified, statements were taken and evidence collected.What do you do?

Call your insurance company man, unless the guy is caught its out of your pocket.

I think it's a hypothetical situation to make fun of the other hypothetical situation.

I have never heard the work collateral used in this context.

Yeah it was early in the morning....I wasn't happy about the phone call I had received.

if their shooting up cars I doubt they will pay to fix it even if found, convicted and sued by you in small claims court. Typically these types of people will not pay to fix what they f'd up, even if ordered by the court.


call your insurance company any pay your deductible to see if thye will even fix it...then get new friends because clearly he was targeted if he lives in a rural area.
