What color should I paint the housing on my new custom made headlights with projectors? Black or color matched red? I have some paint that korn got me color matched to my body paint.

Let me know what you guys think.

Black is what I originally thought as well, but color matching the red also seems interesting.

Also, since I am not changing over to high beam projectors, the chrome reflector will most likely be left chrome so I can still use high beams if I need to. I'm leaning towards having everything black in the housing except for the reflector for the high beams.

Here is a pic of the stock headlight for reference.

I'm undecided A-Ray...My first thought was color matched, but I don't know without seeing it.

Do you have a picture of them with no lens covers? Then you could photoshop some color on there. The lens cover in the last picture will make it look weird with color on top.

No, I do not have a picture without the lens cover. Sorry. I can't take one a pic without the lens cover because I am not the person making the headlights.

That's pretty much what I'm going with now, just a matter of exactly what to paint black now. The reflector for the high beams will probably stay chrome just in case I ever need them.

I'm thinking the entire bottom of the housing along with the entire low beam side will be black.

Breaking the neon down tomorrow night. Revamping the whole front end. Bumper is getting meshed up. Painting all the **** behind the bumper a nice deep black so it isn't noticeable. Getting the new fenders fitted and glassing them so the scoop works and clears the lambo hinges. Then spraying them, getting them on the car, and getting iceled along with orange glow in the scoops that will be hooked up to the turn signals. Remounting the side skirts. Painting the calipers up front. Redoing some wiring up front and all the wiring in the engine bay along with looming it all so it isn't noticeable.

Neon will probably be down for a good two weeks. But man is it gonna be work it. No more rusty fenders that don't line up for ****. New glow. No wiring visible in engine bay.

Damn I love owning another car to drive while I park the neon lol.

Doesn't say. He said it was purchased in the summer of '06, so I would guess no warranty.

I really don't have the money right now. Especially after buying that Inferno from the Oz garage sale, and I'm sure I'll find something I want from the Woot-off. Bah, anyone want to let me borrow $500?

If bought in 06' it def doesn't have the standard warranty, but it could still have the extended warranty, which helps the value some.

I understand you money dilemma

Yeah, I really don't need a new laptop. The one I'm typing on works just fine. $500 for a Mac that runs Windows though seems too good to pass up.

Picked up "The Bigs 2" last night, it's amazing. Added Battlefield 1943 ( http://xboxlive.ign.com/articles/100/1001684p1.html ) to my download queue, it's going to be extremely awesome, and NCAA 10 is coming out in 6 days...yum.

Both. 1200 MS points or $14.99 on the PS3.

Anyone want to buy a cheap laptop for $250?

Intel Pentium M 1.7GHz
2GB G.Skill Upgraded Memory
Glossy 14.1" Screen
60GB Hard Drive

Will include a brand new battery from Dell.

Battlefield was released today for 360, tomorrow for PS3.

Tim, I have NCAA pre-ordered for the 360. The Bigs and Battlefield I also got for 360.

More and more lately I have been leaning towards reserving my PS3 for exclusives (Like GT5 and MAG) and Bluray use. I wish I would have bought WaW for 360 instead of PS3...but I can't go back now, and I can't trade it straight up so I'm not going to lose money on a version switch lol
