Same here. We didn't turn it on until January last year. Luckily it stays fairly warm in here. We also live on the top floor, so I thank the people below us for using their heat.

Just remember they thank you for the A/C in the summer

2009 GTI... Just a faster and more loaded version of my VW Rabbit/Golf, but to me, the upgrade was well worth it :)

Looks like I'm gonna try putting the stock wheels back on the car for the winter, sometime this weekend. We really don't get bad/harsh winters here, but I don't want to have to be cleaning my wheels all winter.

Yes I'm thinking of busting out the Blizzaks on my stock wheels soon

The Dodge hasn't been driven in the winter with 2 1/2" of ground clearance it plows snow too well

Hell to the yes. This is my first year having more than one vehicle and man do I love it. Being able to park the neon and not have to tear it all apart just to get it through winter ftw.

I have two other cars at my disposal, but I haven't been able to get either running. Only one is suitable to be called a winter beater. If I could figure out what's wrong with the 95 Cougar, I would use it.

It's a 2009 with 13K miles on it. It used to belong to my older brother, but he got bored of it and wanted something much faster, so he found a used 2003 Cabrio M3 for under 18K. I'm taking over the lease payments for the GTI which isn't gonna be cheap for a broke college student, but I CAN pull it together and still have some for saving/fun. He already had the wheels powdercoated black, black sidemarkers, and it has a mild drop on Eibach springs. The ONLY big thing I want to do is get a factory front lip/spoiler

I'm about to fix some breakfast.

Fried Bologna, Fried Egg, & a slice of Colby-Jack cheese, all on top of an English Muffin!

Successfully did a burnout on my bike tonight. Was pretty damn easy. I'll have to do one big one and have someone do some pics of me doing it before I put it away this winter. I am getting new tires next spring anyway
