The "best" is defined by the needs of the person making the purchase. Do they need it to be flexible, small, thin, cheap, etc. But, the brightest is going to be the superflux dome light.

The brightness also depends on which color you pick. I find a red dome light is bright, but does not light up the cab like a white one does (ie... read map)
