As you guys know i drive a 2007 White Mercedes Benz C230.

Ive been eyeing the new 2010 Chevy Camaro, Id like to get an 2LT/RS or a 1SS/RS Package, either in black or white and maybe with some stripes, undecided though.

However If i was to move to this step, what would you recommend? Keep My Ride or Get a Camaro?

Im unbaised on what id rather have, dont get me wrong i love my car but its kinda getting old on me, and ive always wanted a "New" looking muscle car to be different.

My Ride got 29k Miles on it and we owe $25k on it and the retail of trade in is like 19k, am i better off selling it or try to trade it in/even go to some dealers and get some trade ins ideas.

I like the idea of this guy camaro, looks badass.

You'll do what you want, but if it was me personally, I'd keep what I have. I see no reason to get something new when you'd still be 6 grand in debt on the current vehicle, its only 2 years old and has very low mileage. I'm guessing that money's not much of a concern for you though, so like I said, do what makes you happy. icon_smile.gif

I vomit every time I see the back of that car or the interior. If you want a VERY cheap looking interior and a mullet then go for it.

But seriously, my wife wants one. I just can not stand the back and interior. We're waiting a couple years for the price to drop on a used one w/ low miles (I never believed in buying a new vehicle).

If you're used to the nice ride and high class of the Mercedes then you're going to hate any muscle car. Be prepared for a boat in corners, a rough ride, and going in circles in the snow.

Yeah I understand, i may just wait till theres a used one on lot, but theres a few and theyre asking like 35k on a 2lt which is wrong.

The back isnt that bad but could use some work, im all for that halo/hids setup tho, and yeah i agree the interior feels a bit plastic, but the seats were comfortable, but i may have problems fitting in one tho since im 6'4''.

anyhoo we will see what happens if i decide for one or not. I live in florida, i wouldnt have any problems with it.

My buddy already has one that was repo'ed ... I took it for a test drive and was completely disappointed ... It had more rattles/creaks and road noise then I could imagine ... The power was great but the handling and braking was So/So at best ... Pretty sad to have 1100 miles and already sound like an old truck icon_cry.gif
He has a new Challenger as well , I'd Rock it FAR FAR better then the Camaro

That statement makes no sense. Camaros (and Mustangs for that matter) will never make someone "different." There's just too many of them on the road...

There are a lot of people that follow that stereotype, but I don't. I don't hate Camaro's at all. I would actually rather have a 02 Camaro or Trans Am over my Mustang. If I like the car then I'll buy it regardless of brand.

If you read what I said after I said, "But seriously" then you would realize I was never negative towards the car. I simply stated a generalization about all muscle cars (overweight and ride crappy) and that I was going to have one in a year or two.
