Alright, so here's my dilemma:
I have 3 leds wired up in a series, soldered together. I have 1 led wired up next to it, not connected to anything. I need them both to run off of a single 12v power supply. My question is what kind of switch do I need where I can make it on-off-on, where when I put it 'on' one way, the 1 led will light up, and when I put it 'on' the other way, the 3 leds will light up? How would I go about wiring that up, and what kind of switch would I need? Thanks a lot! |

You need an on/off/on switch, lol. There's a few different types on Oznium.

SPDT = Single Pole Double Throw
Three lugs on rear of switch , center=12 volt top/bottom lug = the leds listed center= Off up = one set down= other set |
