My day at Chase started with the bomb squad showing up.....

so i work at Chase part time right now trying to get my foot in the door so i started as IT. Today at about 10:45 we are all working like normal when we hear this siren go off we all run outside thinking its a fire drill. The building is a half mile long and houses 10,000 employees lol so everyone leaving is a sight to see. We all get out there and here the fire tucks pul up with ambulances and such then we get reports of a bomb inside the building was found and they called the bomb squad. We all have to move back due to the fact that the building my kersplode but after 3 hours of waiting outside and for security reasons all exits out were blocked. We all get to enter the cafeteria and they bring in the dogs to slowly sniff for any suspects. Crazy day but all it was i guess was some kind of presentation timer that had 3 lights and a watch on it lol. Getting paid to do nothing is great.

Its something like 90% of actual bombs here in the U.S. are pipe bombs. Most aren't even put together correctly and would never function as designed. We still have to get out the robot and throw on the bomb suit though.
