connecting wire to fuse...

I am installing an LED strip --> switch --> Left Headlamp fuse.

I have pretty much everything I need to get started. I am going to run the wire through the firewall by going through the hood latch. My only questions is, How do I connect the wire to the fuse? I have not taken the fuse out but I know this is simple to do (as many have said) but no one gives specific instructions on how to do this.

I have an 08 Malibu, btw. I doubt im supposed to just take out the fuse and stuff the wire and put the fuse back in, but you guys have more exprience as this is my first time modding up my car. I have seen this set up before, so im excited to do this but do not want to break anything. Thanks.

Probably the cheapest/easiest would be with a simple fuse tap,such as this one.
