well today i got my system put in. it sounds bad ass you wouldnt expect it though. i didnt get 6x9's or anything, i put the factory sized speakers back in ( 4x6 ) in the dash and right behind my head and i got a bazooka tube and an alpine cd player. the little infinity 4x6's bump like crazy i bought them for 79.99 a set and the bazooka tube which is small because i have very limited space bumps pretty good better than what i expected. im very happy with the way it turned out. and i spent like 500 bucks on all of it the same as what i spent on my cutlass and didnt even get a sub or an amp CIRCUIT CITY is da bomb! icon_biggrin.gif

You get what you pay for.

Used Aiwa CDC-X217 Deck - $95
Used Rockford Fosgate Punch HX2s - $405
Used JBL BP1200.1 Amp - $405 above set
Box Supplies + Wiring = $100
-----
Total = $600. My system bumps, and it isn't cheap crap. Brand new subs and amp total that cost only $250 is a rip.

i got 2 MTX 12's and a 600 watt amp for $300. it hits pretty hard, but would sound better if my whole freakin car didn't rattle.
