Finally had time to install my Iceled scanner. Works great and looks cool! But how do I get it to scan just like Knight Rider? So far it scans kinda like it, then lights up and flashes and starts over. I would just like it to constantly scan with the trail. What buttons do I need to press?

What controller are you using?
With it connected to a Zap controller, on static mode it scans back n forth knigh rider style.

Using the Zap. Just now learning how to use it and have no clue what Pattern 1, IIRC is? At the moment it scans Knight Rider style, but not constant. It will do it back and forth then all LED's come on and it starts over.

Aww, LOL thanx for that! How do I get to pattern 1? I would love for it to just sweep back and forth in a red color constantly without flashing or stopping.

Pattern 1 on the UFO, if you have it connected to one. If you're using it standalone (no controller), there's no way to set it to do something specific. You'll need at least a Zap+ controller.

The Zap+ does the scanning but every few mins it the tail will stay fully illuminated and light up the whole tube and then go back to normal scanning... no way around it.

heh ICELED scanner is just too feature packed to be held back as a simple scanner biglaugh.gif
I have seen scanners that are single color and don't have all the features like the ICELED does.
