I don't have a diagram but it should be on the exhaust (there's usually one before and one after the cats). They are very easy to change. Unplug it, unscrew it, screw in new one, and plug it in.

Use an O2 sensor socket or crow's foot. It should be located directly behind the motor on the down pipe. Very easy to get to from the top. Removing the strut tower brace can make it a tad easier but I have done plenty of them with it still installed.
