First post there. I could have updated my last post, but it's too old.

Yeah, I'm making another progress thread because 6 months is a landmark, as it's been a half a year since I've started. I can't believe what I've become.

Feel free to speak your mind.

I didn't click the link, but congrats on your losses.

I'm not sure how much I have lost, but working at FedEx at night and playing Ultimate on Sunday's has helped me lose at least 2 inches on my waist.

Awesome man. Keep at it.

The energy you get & keep, the boosted self-confidence and the compliments you get from people at school, work, parties, and comments in general - make the blood, sweat, and tears all worth it.

Haha, my blog isn't **** compared to other Oznium'ers - just something I try and keep up on when I'm bored.

I appreciate it though man.

Wordpress.org if you have hosting somewhere.

Or wordpress.com if you want to use their servers.

No, I don't believe in "fat loss pills, drinks, ect".

I see commercials like hydroxycut "I lost 30lbs in six months while taking Hydroxycut" and my reply is always "Yeah *****, I've lost 80 pounds in six month - WITHOUT hyrdroxcut".

Now, I take protein and such for lifting, but protein is a natural thing found in lean meats, and does nothing for weightloss.

Don't waste your money on "fat burning pills" - they're all a hoax.

It's less about eating certain things and more about not eating certain things. A quick fast food meal can reverse a couple hours at the gym.

EDIT: Thought I already sad congrats in this thread, but I guess I didn't. Congrats though!

Appreciate it.

I haven't eaten "anything that comes out of a window" in months. You people have no idea how many calories fast food has.

If you want to eat it, great! But I will NEVER go back to what I was 6 months ago..and I feel like if I start eating fast food again - i'll lose my "steam" and start going back to being a ******.

**** that.

I'm not *** and you look good dude (pls don't sig this). Nice work, tho really. I remember how good I felt when I dropped only 30 lbs, but I didn't have the muscle underneath so it's a real win/win for you!
